Frozen pipes can be a costly repair.

If you are not using your hot tub regularly in the winter time or while you are on winter vacation, it is important that someone checks your hot tub 2x a week to ensure it is heating properly, the pumps are working, the water is at the minimum height & that the water chemistry is balanced.

Keep your hot tub cover clipped/locked down to avoid heat loss. If the hot tub is covered in snow or ice, gently use a broom – not a shovel – to avoid punctures and tears in your hot tub cover.

If you plan on being away for more than 3 weeks during the winter, contact us to arrange to have your tub winterized.
