Many of us love hot summer days but the outside heat can also heat up your hot tub. To cool your water temperature down try these tips:
1. Lower the set temperature of your hot tub following the directions in your manual.
2. During the day roll up some towels and place them under the hot tub cover to create vents. (You don’t want the sun to damage your acrylic so keep your cover on.)
3. Once the sun goes down, open the cover completely for a time to allow pent up heat to escape
Since all Master Spas and Bullfrog tubs are so well insulated, don’t expect to see the water temperature to drop quickly so for a quick cool down try adding a package or two of party ice!!!
