I take a $10,000 investment seriously. A hot tub is one of the largest and long-term investments I will ever make. So my research into this investment was an investment in itself that has paid out dividends of both physical and emotional value. After visiting your store in the Fall of 2013, and being introduced to the Twilight Series of Master Spas, my quest for the ultimate hot tub began. I visited most competitors, especially the so-called ‘leading brands.’ My prerequisites for a hot tub were many, but at the forefront were: 1. Jets designed around a therapeutic recovery (due to my torn rotator cuff surgery in March). 2. Quality products made and assembled in North America to produce a long-term beneficial healthy activity. 3. After-purchase high-quality, attentive service. 4. Best ‘bang for the buck’ in the hot tub industry. I write this testimonial today about a month after your promised install date, and I can say that ALL of the above pre-reqs have achieved contemporary status of being ‘checked off.’ I attribute my faster-than-expected post-surgery recovery to the Twilight 7.2 therapeutic design.
